Welcome to PS 221, Toussaint L'Ouverture Elementary School. This handbook has been prepared to inform you about our school’s policies, regulations and expectations. We are committed to working and helping every student succeed and excel during their time with us. In order for us to meet our goal, we need your help, and commitment.
