PS 221, Toussaint L'Ouverture adheres to all rules and policies set forth by the New York City Department of Education Chancellor's Regulations. The NYC Department of Education's Chancellor's Regulations cover student, parent, and staff related issues. The NYC DOE Chancellor's Regulations cover four major sections: Volume A: student-related issues; Volume B: schools-based budgeting; Volume C: employee issues; and, Volume D: parent and community involvement.
